The Lake Union Conference Revolving Fund Trust, a trust established on July 21, 1993, by the Lake Union Conference of Seventh-day Adventists as Settlor, and the Lake Union Conference Association of Seventh-day Adventists as Trustee, is the issuer of the Lake Union Conference Revolving Fund Promissory Notes. It is offering to members and institutions of the Seventh-day Adventist Church within the States of Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, and Wisconsin, notes bearing interest at a variable rate from the date of issue until paid.
